• Prescription drugs (Schedule H and Schedule H1 drugs) will strictly be dispensed only upon verification of a valid, authentic prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• Our licensed pharmacists reserve the right to decline dispensation or contact the prescribing physician if a prescription appears illegible, tampered, or expired.

• Free doorstep delivery is available for orders within 5 km of our store with a minimum order value of ₹300*.
• Deliveries beyond 5 km or orders requiring specialized cold-chain transit are arranged through our dedicated local dispatch team across Ghaziabad & NCR.
